How care is governed
• Test before treat — a full metabolic blood panel is reviewed by the doctor before any plan is made.
• Doctor-only decisions — assessments and tools never approve or prescribe; only the doctor does, after your consultation.
• One care team — doctor, dietitian and coach work from a single plan; you meet them at enrollment.
• Safety first — careful screening, red-flag escalation, and scheduled re-tests.
This website does not advertise, promote, sell, dispense or fulfil any prescription medicines. Where medical options are appropriate, your doctor discusses them privately during consultation, and any prescription is dispensed only by a licensed pharmacy of your choice.
How medical governance works at DoseFit
Every plan at DoseFit is reviewed and signed off by a registered doctor before it reaches you. Nothing is auto-generated and sent without medical oversight.
We follow a test-before-treat approach. Your doctor first looks at your health history, your day-to-day lifestyle, and any blood reports you share, before discussing what might help you. See our blood test checklist for what is useful to bring.
Careful safety screening is built into the process. If your situation needs in-person examination or specialist care, your doctor will refer you accordingly rather than continuing over teleconsultation alone. Read more on our safety and eligibility page.
No medicines are advertised or sold through this website. Any medical options, if relevant to you, are discussed privately during your consultation, only after appropriate eligibility screening by your doctor.
